For me at least, on my work computer it doesn't seem to work correctly. It expands the inner white part without expanding the outer shell. Making the text fit the inner white box and and thus hiding the rest of the text, and since the expansion bit is part of the inner white box that is out of view as well making it impossible to change back unless I go to preview at which point I get the normal comment box again.
