We sent them a counter offer within the 48 hour response deadline (4% realtor's fee for the buyer's realtor, I don't think so!), but now we've had to give them TWO 48 hour extension on replying to our counter. Things are looking promising as we've agreed to most terms verbally, but I'm getting annoyed having to wait this long. Assuming this deal ends up going through I'd say going FSBO was totally worth it!
