Drag their name to your name or vice versa. Want to transfer a call? Drag your name (which shows you're on a call) to someone else's name. We have admin assistants who still go through the old PBX extension dialing, or the press-the-transfer-button, say-an-incantation, dial-another-person's-extension, and-sacrifice-a-virgin process. However, if it was my job, I would probably take it upon myself to learn it, customize it, and then break its spirit to serve my will. I would topple the master of that dark telecom closet, and fueled by my hatred I would be able to answer and transfer calls with an efficiency never seen before, in this world or the next.
