Scrotor: This album is in a tough spot in the Iron

This album is in a tough spot in the Iron Maiden catalog, because it came after one of the best comeback albums of all time. So, in that regard, it is definitely a rehash of that success, even down to individual songs playing like songs off the former (the title tracks are really similar, as are Montsegur and The Fallen Angel). But, with an album as good as Brave New World, a rehash is still good, if not inventive. 3.5/5 - While I'd give Brave New World a 4.0 or 4.5, this one is still very good... despite the godawful cover art. Paschendale is a true standout track.

Apparently, the artist wanted his named removed from the credits for the album, because the band used "an unfinished prototype". Even in 2003, Iron Maiden was a bunch of old blokes that didn't give a fuuuuuuuuuuck.

That is cover art for an album that came out in 2003. Other computer graphics achievements in 2003: Finding Nemo, Return of the King, and Matrix Revolutions.
