This is marking a frustrating trend.
For the past week and a half, I've been waking up a little past 4 in the morning. After about 5-10 minutes, I can usually get back to sleep. But whatever my brain was supposed to be doing then, it's definitely getting interrupted.
I've endeavored to get my sleeping habits back in order after the holidays. However, I was sleeping relatively better when I was staying up until midnight and frantically rolling out of bed around 7:10 to get ready for work.
