The class seems to be a study and discussion of policy regarding information and communications technologies (apparently the abbreviation these people like to use is ICTs - don't know how widespread the use of that abbreviation is)

There's three people from GCI, I don't know what positions they hold within the company. There's another from MTA, and then there's one more, and I don't remember where she's employed. More than half the class is in the public policy master's programs at UAA and APU, and the rest are in the MBA programs at UAA and APU.
