Where can I buy locally-raised or locally-hunted meat?

I've just read "Eating Animals" and have decided that ease of access isn't worth animal torture and genetic monstrosities. "Omnivore's Dilemma" set the scene, and "Eating Animals" pushed me over the edge into near-vegetarianism.
