Its tough to jump into a league like that. On the plus side playing with people who are good and know strategy can make you a much better player. And to be honest I pretty much get crushed every summer in corporate league because we play against teams that are totally stacked with really good people, but we all have a good time no matter.

It might be a good way to get better if you try out and join a team, or just go ballz in and try to form your own team with your regular pickup buddies.
