9 days after posting the houses online we had someone come look at my house.

14 days after posting the houses online we had an asking-price offer on my house!

We sent them a counter offer within the 48 hour response deadline (4% realtor's fee for the buyer's realtor, I don't think so!), but now we've had to give them TWO 48 hour extension on replying to our counter. Things are looking promising as we've agreed to most terms verbally, but I'm getting annoyed having to wait this long.

Assuming this deal ends up going through I'd say going FSBO was totally worth it! We're lucky that there was interest in my house so quickly.
