A noble concept, but what exactly makes this place flourish? I hope to got that it doesn't require constant and inane updates about how I feel about the weather, my job, my commute or any other random thought that comes accross my mind. I personally have both the live feed function of FB and I have never bothered to even look at twitter. I only assume twitter is just a more massive version of the live feed concept.

Now that I have a job where I am at a desk for a decent portion of the time I might be spending more moments checking this to see if anyone else has nothing going on or something to say. idkfa is the easiest way to see what other people are actually thinking about or laughing at without much extra effort on my own. And for that matter there is simply the smug insider feeling most people get when they join a smaller community thats local or homegrown.
